    Are there any other fees besides the monthly price?

    No! Hula POS follows a blue ocean strategy where we have turned the business model upside down and don’t charge any of the licensing fees, add on fees or module fees that the other POS providers charge.

    What about Hardware?

    We believe in the freedom of choice and making decisions easy. That is why we pass the hardware cost directly to you at our previously negotiated high volume pricing. One more way we lower the barrier of entry to this product.
    There are three choices when looking for hardware:
    1. We have certified our software on specific hardware that can be purchased either directly from the manufacture or from a reseller partner.
    2. Use name brand POS hardware like IBM, NCR, Micros, PAR, or many others. Most of these hardware devices will work but you should check the compatibility list and forums to make sure prior to purchasing them.

    Do I have to sign a contract?

    No. Hula POS is a pay-as-you-go service. Your subscription is month-to-month for as long as you’d like. Discounts are available for multiple locations and  long-term contracts.
